We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) who will act as the key interpreter, problem-solver, and strategist for digital transformation. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across sales, marketing, finance, and customer relationship management functions. Your expertise will drive process efficiency, maximize system utilization, and support business growth through innovation.
What You Will Be Doing
Functional Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales functionalities, including Activities, Accounts, Leads, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and Configurations
- Analyse and map business processes across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business stories and identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements to Microsoft D365 Sales, ensuring optimal performance and business alignment
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users, ensuring effective system utilization
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new system features
Technical Responsibilities
Work closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical design specificationsConfigure workflows and business process automation using Power AutomateCustomize forms, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs, ensuring a seamless user experienceDevelop and maintain integrations between Microsoft D365 Sales and other platforms (e.g., D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Insights)Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationSupport data migration, system upgrades, and feature enhancements, ensuring minimal business disruptionRequirements
What you will bring along
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be consideredMinimum 5 years of combined functional and technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)Hands-on experience with workflow approval configuration, customization, and automationStrong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BIExposure to Microsoft D365 Finance & OperationsExperience developing and configuring KPI-based reports and dashboardsAbility to define and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsStrong troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindsetExcellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of project management principles and agile methodologiesIf you have what we are looking for, please attach your updated resume with your contact details.
