We are an Insurance Broker that provides families and individuals with Life Insurance, Mortgage Life Insurance, and Final expense Life Insurance to protect their assets and legacy in case of a tragic loss. The companies that we work with are American General (AIG) - Corebridge Financial, Kemper, United Home Life, Foresters, Liberty Bankers, Royal Neighbors of America and Baltimore Life.

Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is a plus.

Key Requirements :

High level of written and spoken English.

Knowledge about MS Office / Google Sheets.

Ability to handle pressure and remain calm, professional and creative.

Comfortable with technology and quick to learn about it.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of energy and commitment with positive attitude.

You will be :

Calling U.S.-based leads.

Converting potential clients into closed leads and successful sales.

Working towards achievable monthly sales targets.

Providing professional interaction and support.

Collaborating with a positive, goal-oriented remote team in US and Pakistan.

This is a sales role that requires calling. Please apply only if you are genuinely interested in this type of work. A stable internet connection and a personal laptop are mandatory for this role.

Shift Options (Pakistan Standard Time) :

6 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM (Full-Time)

6 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM (Part-Time)

12 : 00 AM – 8 : 30 AM (Full-Time)

12 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 AM (Part-Time)

Compensation Structure (Full-Time Position) :

Base Salary (Full-Time) : PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (Final offer depends on your interview and mock call evaluation)

Monthly Performance Bonus : Up to PKR 40,000 upon achieving the assigned monthly target of 50 successful policy closes
