The Role

As a Systems Specialist Contractor at Podium, you will participate in the optimization of our internal systems and operations around Salesforce.com. You will be a critical part of refining Podium’s growing business by providing scalable data storage methods and code. What you will be doing :

• Provide timely operational and technical support for the Revenue Operations team and supported departments (Marketing, Sales, CX)
• Complete incoming tickets or triage complex requests to the appropriate resources to solve
• Maintain service level agreements for first response and resolution of submitted tickets
• Follow established best practices for development and deployment processes across all supported systems (SFDC, Marketo, Chilipiper, Gong, Salesloft, etc)
• Participate in pre-deployment reviews
• Perform data manipulation operations in production systems including updates, inserts, and merges)
• Diagnose and resolve system bugs and issues identified by business and operations teams
• Implement enhancements to system constructs such as role hierarchies, user interfaces, fields, validations, and automations
• Monitor performance of supported applications and proactively communicate and resolve identified issues
• Document bug reports, identify the root issues, and fix or escalate to specialized resources
• Engage with peers and stakeholders to identify technical debt in your area of responsibility and recommend and prioritize long term solutions
