The Opportunity
innRoad is searching for their next Business Development Representative with a passion for SaaS software and the hospitality industry. The role will be responsible for generating pipeline growth with single and multi-unit hotel and property management segments for innRoad. The right candidate will be a critical part of innRoad’s continued growth in a multi-billion-dollar segment with internal growth potential.
A Day in the Life of Business Development Rep at innRoad
- You will research, identify, and contact prospective customers through phone, email and LinkedIn channels
- You will ask discovery questions to understand their business situation, identify challenges and the impact it has on their business, and convey the ways innRoad can provide a solution to their needs
- You will schedule meetings with qualified prospective customers that result in pipeline generation of qualified opportunities for net new business
- You will work to meet and exceed monthly goals defined to maximize sales pipeline
Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years’ of outbound sales experience (selling into the Hospitality industry preferred)Aptitude for technology and technology solutionsExperience with CRM systemsBachelor’s Degree preferredCharacteristics of a Successful Business Development Rep
