The Opportunity

As a .NET Developer, you'll contribute to designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare technology solutions, ensure adherence to coding standards, and continuously optimize performance, security, and maintainability. This role is hands‑on with opportunities to work across backend services, integrations, and modern DevOps practices.

What you'll do

  • Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET.
  • Design and optimize relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) for scalability and reliability.
  • Integrate with internal and third‑party services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Apply best practices in coding standards, testing, CI / CD, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and deliver business‑critical features.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high‑quality engineering practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and architectural improvements.
  • Investigate issues, debug production problems, and propose effective solutions.

Stack you'll work with

  • .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC & Web API
  • C# and Entity Framework
  • SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
  • Frontend exposure to Angular / React (a plus)
  • Cloud‑native environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)

    • Background & qualifications

  • BS / MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in backend development using .NET technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Experience with version control and CI / CD (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps).
  • Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular / React) is a plus.
  • Healthcare system experience (EHR / EMR, HL7 / FHIR) is a strong plus.
