Junior Business Development Executive We’re hiring a

Junior Business Development Executive

to help us identify, qualify, and close exciting projects in Zoho CRM, automation, and digital transformation services.

If you enjoy turning leads into deals, crafting winning proposals, and building predictable pipelines, this role is for you. You’ll own the front end of our project lifecycle — from identifying potential clients and running discovery calls to preparing SOWs and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients (LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, referrals, partnerships).

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, scope, budget, and timelines.

Collaborate with technical consultants to prepare proposals, estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project plans.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope to confidently close deals.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline in Zoho CRM.

Track and report KPIs such as opportunities created, win rates, and forecast accuracy.

Provide feedback to improve service offerings and proposal templates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred) or a related field.

Strong technical understanding of software development, web, and mobile applications.

Experience writing proposals and managing CRM pipelines (Zoho CRM preferred).

Familiarity with Zoho Suite, SaaS, or digital consulting services.

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills (English proficiency required).

Proficiency in market research with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Previous experience in project acquisition or a similar role is a plus.
