Job description

Overview

Candidates will be responsible for testing of easypaisa application. They will create test suites, test cases and follow Agile methodology. Also have knowledge of scripting, improving, and expanding our current regression and load testing frameworks. Responsibility also includes devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues and monitoring all operations that affect quality. They will report to the QA Manager / QA Lead and work closely in an agile software development framework with other QA team members, development and customer support organizations to deliver high quality releases of Easy Paisa.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing.
  • Support in release cycle by performing regression.
  • Knowledge of programming (OOP concepts).
  • Knowledge of automation framework.
  • Strong knowledge of database and MySQL queries.
  • Working experience with log reading and identifying underlying issues.
  • Working experience with ADB commands and Android SDK.
  • Strong problem and analytical skills, capable of delivering high quality product under extreme conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of QA process and QA methodologies, testing planning, test execution and test reporting.
  • Appium for Mobile Automation for both IOS & Android.
  • APIs testing (SOAP & Rest), Postman and using provided automation framework.
  • Working knowledge of load / stress testing. Should be able to execute behavioral load / stress test.
  • Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Easypaisa Bank Limited Behaviours (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of work conduct.

Additional Requirements

  • Should be able to work in diverse environment under tight deadlines for delivery of project.
  • Should have experience with Automation framework creation.

  • Responsible for managing compliance risk inherent in day-to-day activities, processes, and systems for which you are accountable. This includes the responsibility of business lines to own, develop, and update systems, policies, processes, and procedures to manage compliance risks inherent in their day-to-day activities.

    • Knowledge and Experience

    Education : Bachelors / Masters of Computer Science or Software Engineering

    Experience : 3-4 years of relevant experience
