Project Manager Web Development

Require a Project Manager who can handle all Web Design, Development, and Flash projects and effectively break down projects for the workforce. Looking forward to working with someone who has a passion for communication and leadership. Similar experience is highly desired but not necessary. Salary Range is Rs 20,000-25,000. Creates and executes project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities. Manages day-to-day project operations and scope. Reviews team deliverables before client submission. Applies our methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance. Minimizes exposure and risk. Ensures project documents are complete and stored properly. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses weekly. Manages project budget, revenue recognition, invoicing, and receivables. Follows up on unpaid invoices. Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
