About the role

About the role : We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development, particularly using Node.js. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in developing scalable web applications, with a deep understanding of backend architecture, API integrations, and server‑side technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest backend development trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Position : MERN Stack Developer

Remote Status : Remote

Working Hours : 7 PM - 4 AM PKT (Will change soon)

Holidays : Local

Salary : PKR 140,000 - PKR 170,000
