ABOUT THE ROLE

vFairs is looking for a Web Conversion Manager to own the strategy and execution of our marketing website (vfairs). You'll be responsible for driving growth in conversions, improving SEO and AI SEO visibility, running A / B tests, managing our interactive demo platform, and leveraging AI tools to speed up web conversion efforts.
This role lives in our Marketing organization, where you'll act as the custodian of the website and work intensely across multiple functions including demand generation, product marketing, performance marketing, growth, content marketing, sales, and customer success.
The ideal candidate loves a test-and-learn approach, has a strong grip on SEO concepts, can frame meaningful experiments, is savvy with modern conversion optimization techniques, and knows how to use AI tools to build systems and agents that accelerate results.
In this pivotal position, you will manage a team of developers and a UI / UX designer, and work with talented partners across the organization to drive website performance.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

Website Management & Conversion Growth
Act as the custodian of vfairs and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution to maximize visitor-to-lead conversionsManage the entire sitemap and ensure all pages align with conversion goalsDevelop and execute A / B testing plans to identify high-performing variantsOwn the experimentation roadmap and prioritize tests based on potential impactAnalyze session playbacks, heatmaps, and click streams to map user journeys and identify conversion bottlenecksMonitor conversion metrics, MQLs, website speed, and performance parameters through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpotSEO & AI SEO Collaboration
Work closely with the growth marketing specialist to execute SEO and AI SEO initiativesCollaborate on SEO strategy and focus on implementation and execution of recommended optimizationsMonitor and improve website performance metrics including page load times and Core Web VitalsInteractive Demo & Sales Enablement
Own and manage the interactive demo website that serves as a sales enablement toolWork with sales to ensure the demo effectively showcases our product capabilitiesContinuously improve the demo experience based on user feedback and usage dataAI Tools & Automation
Manage AI tools on the marketing site, including the AI chatbotCreate prototypes on tools like Lovable and Replit and also create systems and agents that speed up web conversionLeverage tools like ChatGPT, Replit, Lovable, and Relay to automate workflows and accelerate experimentationMessaging & Landing Pages
Conduct messaging tests using tools like Wynter to validate copy and positioningPartner with product marketing to execute the roadmap of new use cases and solution landing pagesLaunch landing pages for customer dinners, events, and campaigns using forms and automationWork with design and copywriters to craft pages with the right messaging and conversion flowsCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with demand generation to align website conversion goals with lead generation campaignsCollaborate with product marketing on use case and solution page launchesPartner with performance marketing to ensure landing page experiences support paid campaignsCoordinate with content marketing to optimize blog and content pages for conversionSupport sales and customer success teams with website tools and resources they needEngage with the growth marketing specialist on strategic SEO initiatives and executionResearch & Analysis
Gain a deep understanding of our personas, product capabilities, and historical performanceUse CRM data to understand visitor mindset and what prospects are looking forRun surveys and conduct usability testing to gather visitor feedbackReview competitor programs and establish conversion benchmarksREQUIREMENTS
At least 4 years of hands-on website optimization and conversion experience on a live web productProven experience managing and leading small technical teams (developers and designers)Strong ability to allocate tasks, manage priorities, and ensure team productivitySolid understanding of A / B testing tools, including Google Optimize, Optimizely, and UnbounceDeep experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics suite (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio), Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpotExperience executing SEO initiatives and collaborating with SEO specialists on optimization strategiesProven ability to build and scale AI-powered systems and agents using tools like ChatGPT, Replit, Lovable, and RelayExperience managing interactive demos or sales enablement toolsSolid understanding of qualitative user research principles and messaging testing (experience with Wynter is a plus)Ability to build a conversion optimization program from the ground upDeep understanding of consumer behavior and generating insights through data analysisComfort with Web & Mobile App Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase AnalyticsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments including demand generation, product marketing, performance marketing, growth, content marketing, sales, and customer successExcellent time management skills and ability to execute on initiatives promptlySelf-reliant, excellent problem-solver, results-orientedAdept at creative thinking and solving complex problems with copywriters, designers, and engineers
