Responsibilities : Responsible for operational systems of all the sites of Multifuel (LPG, Petrol, and Diesel) in the Centre Zone. Coordinate with stations handling issues related to product supply and operations. Manage day-to-day operations and supply chain activities, including placing orders, managing supplies from depot, product management, and stock. Ensure proper representation of all sites and identify locations for development. Handle sales and marketing activities to enhance sales. Oversee the installation of LPG facilities on existing sites. Manage all matters related to annual inspections by OGRA or third-party inspectors. Implement strategic initiatives that focus on meeting growing business needs. Liaise with suppliers for timely supply of LPG, Petrol, and Diesel at sites. Work with the Finance department for timely release of funds to distributors. Assist the Zonal Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Visit various government departments to resolve issues related to LPG and Multifuel. Manage procedures for calculating the financial roll-forward inventory monthly. Responsible for overall physical inventories in the distribution centre. Analyze future stock consumption and manage supply chain for each station. Ensure proper implementation of HSE standards on-site. Communicate effectively with supervisors for business planning and maintain open communication with all levels of management in the distribution centre. Job Specification

Qualifications : Knowledge of distribution operating systems, logistics, and forecasting. Strong leadership and motivational ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong time management skills. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience required. Knowledge and experience with various computer systems.
