Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and reliable Buyer / Negotiator to source electronics and mobile phones directly from Chinese suppliers and manufacturers. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, strong knowledge of electronics products, and the ability to identify trustworthy suppliers who can deliver high-quality products at competitive prices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reducing procurement costs and maintaining a steady supply of products for our e-commerce store.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers in China for electronics and cellphones.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping arrangements to achieve the best deals.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards through verification and sampling.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.

• Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitor sourcing strategies.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and all procurement documentation accurately.
