Job Description – Assistant Brand Manager
Job Purpose
TMICC is an organization where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. If you are passionate about brand building, portfolio renovation, and innovations that delight kids & adults alike, then this is the role for you!
You will be responsible for driving E2E growth for a €30 MN, highest revenue contributing portfolio to the Wall’s IC business; Classics, which includes, but is not limited to, iconic brands like Feast & Choc Bar. Additionally, you will be responsible for the transformation & brand refresh for TMICC’s namesake brand : Magnum; a global premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer & Market Understanding
Holistic understanding of the snacking industry (Key players, critical snacking price points, value proposition, market & consumer trends) & its implications on IC as a competing category.
E2E understanding of the IC business model, spread across all functions, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Planning, Brand Building & CD.
Ability to analyse competitive strategies (local players, imported brands) to sharpen Wall’s positioning.
Portfolio Growth & Renovation
Own the 6Ps of marketing to drive penetration, market share, and category growth.
Shape the future roadmap of the Classics portfolio, including entry into higher value driven, innovative snacking formats, enabling existing consumers to up‑trade.
Lead the transformation & refresh of the 6Ps of Magnum to strengthen its position as the future growth engine of the category.
Innovation & Deployment
Lead cross‑functional project teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, CD, Agencies) to land innovations seamlessly.
Deliver high‑impact innovation with strong pre‑build and execution planning.
Campaigns & Communication
Develop compelling campaigns across TV, digital, and outdoor to build brand love and trust.
Execute digital‑first performance marketing, adapting communication across Ramadan, Eid, and other occasions.
Lead influencer and PR partnerships to drive household relevance.
Business & Cross‑Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Finance, CD, and Supply Chain to deliver GM‑accretive growth.
Drive pricing strategy and affordability interventions without compromising brand equity.
Serve as the voice of the portfolio, rallying cross‑functional stakeholders behind the growth ambition.
What You Need to Succeed
Skills
Obsession with consumers, and their ever‑evolving ice‑cream consumption occasions.
Balance of analytical rigor and creative brand building, able to link numbers with storytelling.
Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end marketing management : from innovation and pre‑build planning to launch and campaign execution.
Ability to inspire cross‑functional teams with a clear portfolio vision, while managing operational details with discipline.
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3–4 years’ experience in Marketing or Brand Building.
Proven track record in innovation delivery and managing cross‑functional teams.
Agency management experience (creative, media, PR, digital).
Snacking / Refreshments experience is a plus.
