Overview
We are seeking an innovative and self-motivated Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling and high-converting graphic content for e-commerce and Amazon marketplaces. This role is pivotal in shaping our brands' visual identity and optimizing graphic assets to drive customer engagement and conversion. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative design concepts for various projects, including Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, storefront designs, website UI, and product packaging Conduct in-depth creative research to identify emerging design trends and inspiration from competitors and industry leaders Optimize designs specifically for Amazon to maximize conversions, ensuring all graphics effectively communicate product features and brand identity Collaborate closely with marketing, brand management, and design teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand standards and strategic goals Create detailed visual content, including illustrations, infographics, and digital assets for multiple platforms (Amazon, social media, websites) Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon guidelines Lead brainstorming sessions and present innovative design ideas to management and cross-functional teams Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers to maintain high design standards Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment Proven experience creating high-converting graphic content for Amazon, including product listing images, A+ content, and storefronts Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design experience, particularly on Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and Canva In-depth knowledge of design principles, styles, and best practices for e-commerce and digital marketing Strong understanding of branding and ability to create designs that reflect the brand's personality and values Excellent English communication and time management skills Strong aesthetic and visualization skills Be organized & detail-oriented Positive and optimistic approach Initiative and proactive approach Eager to learn what you don't know Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Benefits
