Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack development (TypeScript / JavaScript).
3+ years of experience with Next.js (App Router) and React (hooks, context).
Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and PostgreSQL.
Experience building responsive, mobile-first UIs.
Proficiency with Git and modern deployment workflows.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI (shadcn / ui), and SWR.
Nice to have experience with Python / FastAPI, Supabase Auth + Realtime, Docker, GCP, and Fly.io.
Experience with SWR or React Query for state management.
Exposure to AI integrations (LLM-assisted UX, smart summaries).
Business-minded with a focus on MRR, retention, and user value.
Strong empathy for users both managers and field operators.
Ownership-driven, pragmatic, and curious with a bias for action.
Background in field-services or operations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of two connected apps - Manager Web App (operations, clients, scheduling) and Operator Mobile App (on-site tasks, check-ins, updates).

Understand user workflows and design empathetic, impactful solutions.

Develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end features using modern frameworks and technologies.

Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Integrate and optimize APIs for efficient cross-platform communication.

Continuously improve UI / UX and simplify user interactions across web and mobile apps.

Measure and validate the impact of delivered features on user retention and efficiency.

Implement and iterate AI-driven enhancements that provide real workflow value.

Monitor performance, fix bugs, and ensure high availability across environments.

Maintain an ongoing feedback loop - empathize, propose, ship, verify, and grow.
