About the Client : Our company is at the forefront of HR innovation, working on creating the next revolution in Human Resources – the Human Resources Operating System (HROS). With our deep understanding of HR processes, we envision a future where hiring is more efficient, effective, and equitable. We're starting this journey by building an online skills-based assessment tool, designed to aid companies in selecting the best talent for their needs. As we stand at the precipice of this exciting endeavor, we need someone special to help us realize this vision.

About the Role : We're looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to be our first employee and lead the development of our online skills-based assessment tool. This person will be instrumental in shaping our product from scratch and charting our path forward. In this role, you will define the product strategy, manage the product development process, and work closely with Founder to hire the development team and to ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our product.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Spearhead the design and execution of the online skills-based assessment tool
  • Develop detailed product requirements and work closely with developers for execution
  • Hire and manage the initial development team
  • Follow lean MVP principles to launch the MVP within 60 days and then iterate
  • Build and manage a product roadmap aligned with our company's strategic objectives
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into product enhancements
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive product improvements

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the HR-tech or Ed-tech sectors
  • Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of technology and the latest trends in digital product development
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members
  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for creating products that make a difference

    Preferred Location : Pakistan

    Working Hours : 11am to 8pm PKT

    Holidays : Local Holidays + 20 PTO

    Salary : PKR 80,000 to PKR 140,000
