Process Quality Engineer

HRSI Is looking for Process Quality Engineer for one of its leading client.

Job Responsibilities / Work Content

1. Master workshop process standards; develop inspection work instructions based on control plans

2. Optimize inspection documents based on process issues and operability

3. Organize analysis and improvement of on-site defective products

4. Analyze and solve problems using 7 QC Tools

5. Proficient in SPC MSA and other quality tools for issue analysis and improvement

6. Support on-site implementation of quality management systems

7. Identify quality risks during new product introduction and implement improvements

8. Establish cross-functional teams to address major batch quality issues

9. Other duties assigned by supervisors
