Scope of the Role We are seeking a sharp, detail‑obsessed eCommerce Operations & Planning Manager to support growth across Amazon, Shopify, and additional marketplaces. In this role, you will manage the day‑to‑day rhythm of operations—inventory management, supplier coordination, demand forecasting, and ensuring products flow seamlessly from factory to customer. You will report directly to the Head of Retention and serve as a critical operational partner, owning logistics, planning, and execution. This is a hands‑on role with meaningful impact on efficiency, profitability, and scale.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory, Logistics & Supply Chain
Manage inventory flow across Amazon, Shopify, and other sales channels. Ensure optimal stock levels across all fulfillment locations. Monitor inbound / outbound shipments for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners on lead times, POs, and freight schedules.
Forecasting & Planning
Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts. Translate revenue and marketing projections into actionable supplier and inventory plans. Align forecasting across teams to ensure product availability and smooth launches.
Operational Excellence
Track operational KPIs : inventory turnover, stockouts, freight costs, fulfillment accuracy. Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and profitability. Support broader operational projects, including product launches and light IP enforcement tasks.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Communicate regularly with internal teams to keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned. Provide operational insights and performance reports to leadership. Recommend actions to improve margins, reliability, and operational clarity.

Years of Experience
Experience in eCommerce operations, supply chain management, or inventory planning
Experience working with Amazon, Shopify, and multi‑channel marketplaces
Background proving ability to forecast demand and translate projections into clear inventory plans
Strong analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and data integrity
Experienced in coordinating suppliers, 3PLs, and cross‑functional teams
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and fast moving
Clear communicator with strong follow‑through
Motivated by impact and understanding of how operations influence profitability
Tools and Software
Familiarity with eCommerce operations tools (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, 3PL dashboards)
Experience with demand forecasting software or spreadsheet modeling
Comfortable working with data tools and operational reporting systems
