Job Title : GM & VP Engineering

Role Summary

We areseekinga hands-on deeply technical General Manager and Vice President of Engineering to lead and continue building our world-class Global Innovation Center (GIC). This leader will set a high technical bar across architecture platform engineering and delivery execution ensuring Cyara delivers reliable scalable high-qualitysolutions with speed and confidence to the worlds most iconic and trusted global enterprises .

The ideal candidate is a senior technologist with exceptional judgment able to engage directly in complextechnicaldecisions while alsooperatingas a strong site and organizational leader. They bring a proventrack recordof building and scaling high-performing global engineering teams and centers of excellence while shaping culture strengthening leadership maturity and driving clarity and accountability across distributed individual must be an effective communicator and trusted partner to cross-functional leadersproviding direction alignment and confidence across teams and stakeholders. This leaderoperateswith urgency makes fast high-quality decisions with imperfect information and drives disciplined measurable execution across the organization.
