QUALIFICATIONS
BSc. Business, Marketing, Engineering or other Ag-related degree
At least 8 years Ag production equipment industry experience
Strong business acumen with proven sales management and P&L responsibility
Strong leadership / mentoring / coaching skill set with strong negotiation skills
Ag background a MUST
Sales production or sales engineering experience within the livestock equipment industry extremely beneficial
Self-directed and proactive with ability to work well within a matrix reporting work environment
Written fluency in English
Ability to travel South Asian countries
JOB DESCRIPTION
Company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Livestock Equipment to oversee a local sales and support team in South Asia. This Regional Sales Manager will oversee all livestock equipment sales activities of their sales team including the development of new business, growth strategies and opportunities within the marketplace to maximize long-term profitable volume growth. Other duties to include analyzing the market, sales strategy development, determining a market specific policy on pricing, assisting with sales materials development, attending trade shows and other marketing opportunities, providing advice on farm design and equipment lay-out, negotiating price and payment terms and resolving customer issues.
