The Art & Design Department at TMUC Islamabad is looking for a passionate and experienced Program Lead / Manager to head our flagship creative programs : UCA BA (Hons) Film & Digital Arts (University for the Creative Arts, UK). If you have experience in higher education, a strong background in Film, Media, or Creative Arts, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of creative professionals, this role could be a perfect fit. Overview

Key focus : Academic leadership, faculty management, student engagement, and building industry connections, with course expertise in relation to Film, Television and Digital Arts. Responsibilities

Provide academic leadership for flagship creative programs. Manage faculty and support staff to ensure program excellence. Engage with students to support learning outcomes and career development. Build and maintain industry connections to enhance program relevance and opportunities. Ensure curriculum and course delivery align with Film, Television and Digital Arts disciplines. Qualifications

Master’s in a relevant field (UK qualification preferred). Teaching or program management experience in higher education. Excellent communication and organizational skills. How to apply
