Operations Manager Operations Remote (Pakistan)

Doers Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize our workflow. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage a team of 15 to 20 members while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver , capable of making independent decisions to streamline processes and minimize errors.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations , ensuring team performance aligns with business objectives.

Monitor and improve workflow efficiency , identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Ensure timely and accurate task completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Utilize advanced Google Sheets formulas for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

Learn, implement, and optimize Notion, ClickUp, and other productivity tools through self-learning.

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless team collaboration.

Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team development .

Collaborate with department leads to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Analyze key performance metrics and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Proven experience in operations management , workflow optimization, or team leadership.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills , with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools for workflow management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills , ensuring clear task delegation.

A self-motivated learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools .

Familiarity with team collaboration platforms and remote work best practices .

Work Schedule & Additional Information :

Working Hours : 1 PM – 10 PM (Remote, with a one-hour break).

100% remote position , open to applicants across Pakistan.
