Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll processes, approve calculations after relevant verifications, and reconcile payroll data Supervise disbursement of salaries and manage relationships with banking partners as an approver Lead audits of financial statements, sales, and operational expenses Check and verify the audit report prepared by the team to put up for final review and approval of the management Lead cost analysis and pricing strategies for high-value tenders with a target to get the maximum score by the authority Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient management of inventory processes Review and finalize management information reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making Supervise and review monthly submissions and ensure compliance with UK office requirements Provide advanced financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management Provide training to team members to act as backups for critical responsibilities Supervise and mentor team on payroll processes and resolve escalated issues
