Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end segmentation process, from data exploration to actionable insights.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute customized plans for user segments.

Leverage GA4 (or equivalent tools) to build and manage Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs) and develop data applications on top of user segments.

Provide strategic input on personalization initiatives based on segmentation findings.

Identify patterns and trends that drive user growth, retention, and monetization.

Partner with product and growth teams to accelerate product analytics and growth strategies.

Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making.

Develop and present case studies and strategic insights to senior leadership, including the CXO layer.

Communicate findings effectively through compelling data storytelling and impactful visualizations.

Take ownership of stakeholder engagement, ensuring data-driven strategies align with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.

3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Proven hands-on experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, or similar analytics platforms.

Strong knowledge of segmentation techniques, SCD implementation, and data applications.

Expertise in growth and product analytics with a focus on user behavior, retention, and monetization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.

Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) preferred.
