Key Responsibilities : Brand Representation : Act as the "face" of the brand at various events, trade shows, product launches, and in-store promotions. Embody the brand's core values, mission, and tone in all interactions and communications. Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times. Customer Engagement : Engage with potential customers, explaining product value propositions and answering questions with in-depth knowledge. Conduct product demonstrations and distribute promotional materials or samples. Build and nurture relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and encourage referrals. Content Creation & Social Media : Create and post engaging, high-quality content (e.g., photos, videos, stories, blog posts) on your personal and / or brand social media platforms. Actively participate in social media campaigns and help monitor online conversations about the brand. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, or forward them to the appropriate department. Feedback & Reporting : Collect customer feedback, insights, and market trends, and report them to the marketing and sales teams. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. Track and report on key performance metrics such as leads generated, samples distributed, and social media engagement. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaign goals and objectives. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events. Collaborate with other influencers or professionals to expand the brand's reach. Requirements & Skills : Experience : Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or in a similar sales / marketing role is a plus. Experience with in-person event marketing or social media content creation. Personal Attributes : An outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A genuine passion for the brand's products or services. A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic. Reliable and punctual. Technical & Soft Skills : Strong social media presence on relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Creativity and ability to develop original content. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A solid understanding of marketing and branding principles. Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
