Role Overview
As Croncore’s Business Development Lead, you will play a critical role in building and executing our outbound sales strategy.
You will identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, nurture relationships, and drive qualified leads to discovery calls and closed deals.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channelsCraft personalized outreach messages that stand out (no spam)Nurture leads and qualify them before handoff to the CloserMaintain CRM and lead tracking systemsContinuously test and improve messaging and targeting strategiesRequirements
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, SaaS, or tech salesStrong written and verbal communication skills (English)Understanding of AI, automation, or software development (bonus)Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Instantly.aiSelf-driven, consistent, and results-oriented mindsetCompensation
