Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities, recognition programs, training coordination, and execution of annual surveys and programs (MT, Internship, Job Rotation, etc.).
Organize job / career fairs, guest speaker sessions, and CSR activities to strengthen the company’s image and employer branding within academic and corporate communities.
Assist in preparing HR communications such as the Employee Handbook, HR Newsletter, and internal engagement calendars while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to manage content for the Group’s social media platforms, promoting employer branding and supporting marketing and sales promotional posts.
Provide assistance in recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR data confidentiality.
Maintain the in-house training calendar, coordinate with trainers / facilitators, and actively support employee development initiatives.
Skills & Experience 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
