We are looking for a skilled L1 Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in managing Microsoft Azure services, virtualization, storage, databases, and enterprise IT infrastructure. The candidate must be comfortable working in a rotating shift environment.
Work Schedule :
- Rotating Shifts (Day, Evening, Night)
- Weekend / holiday availability as required
- Flexible to support critical issues outside regular hours
Key Responsibilities :
Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and Azure App ServicesManage Azure resources : Storage, VNet, NSG, Load Balancer , Backup & MonitoringAdminister Azure AD , on-premise Domain Controllers , DNS, DHCPSetup, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix profilesAdminister Windows Cloud PCsSupport and manage Windows & Linux serversManage SQL Server / Azure SQL environmentsPerform systems monitoring, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshootingEnsure compliance with security best practicesWork with IT and development teams for deploymentsCreate and maintain documentationRequired Skills & Expertise
Azure & Cloud :
Azure Administration (VMs, App Services, Storage, Backup, AVD)Azure AD, Identity & Access managementExperience with FSLogix , WindowsSystems & Infrastructure :
Strong understanding of Windows Server & LinuxDomain Controllers, Group Policies, DNS / DHCPNetworking basics : VPN, subnetting, firewalls, routingAdditional Skills :
