To deal with general and admin staff; to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office including supply management, liaising with property management. To produce reports / management information. Provide project support and ensure processes are followed. Carry out general administrative and office managerial tasks including filing, power / electricity management, cleanliness, parking, and other areas management, administration of junior admin staff, etc. To be responsible for organising events e.g., tradeshows and seminars.
