We are hiring a Social Media Lead Hunter for an Estonia based real estate company. The focus of this role is to find qualified prospects across LinkedIn and similar platforms and warm them up for the sales team.
This is a 100 percent commission based role with strong earning potential for specialists who can deliver consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Search for potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Send initial outreach messages and follow up with replies
- Identify interested prospects and transfer them to the sales team
- Maintain steady activity, roughly 500 to 700 outreach messages per week
- Weekly goal, 20 warm or hot leads handed over to sales
