Requirements
4-8 years in growth marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, ideally with consumer SaaS, AI tools, or tech startups
Proven success in launching and scaling a digital product or app
Strong command of data analytics, A / B testing, and funnel optimization
Hands‑on experience with performance marketing, content strategy, and email / CRM
Familiarity with AI ecosystem or experience marketing technical / innovative products
A creative mindset for growth hacking and storytelling, not just spending on ads
Experience with community‑led growth or creator partnerships
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for new product launches and features.
Build, manage, and optimize paid and organic growth channels (content, paid ads, influencers, SEO, partnerships, communities)
Design and run growth experiments to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion
Collaborate with product and design to optimize onboarding, messaging, and user journeys
Own marketing analytics, define metrics, track performance, and report insights
Identify and activate growth loops, referral programs, or viral mechanics relevant to consumer AI tools
Manage marketing budget efficiently and prioritize ROI‑positive initiatives
Build and lead a small growth / marketing team as traction scales
