Scope :
Looking for a Regional / Division Presales Manager to drive presales excellence across Pakistan region, working closely with the sales team to deliver innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the banking and fintech industry. Lead a dynamic team of consultants, engage directly with key clients, and collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering to win business and shape our go-to-market strategy. The manager plays a strategic role in positioning the company’s products and solutions effectively, ensuring presales excellence and high success rate.
Job Duties :
- Lead and mentor a regional team of presales consultants
- Drive technical engagement in RFPs, solution demos, and PoCs
- Create presentations and proposals to highlight product value propositions
- Serve as a solution authority during the sales cycle, collaborating with product, delivery and engineering teams
- Collaborate with Sales to craft winning solution strategies
- Ensure alignment with global product and presales best practices
- Optimize presales operations and resource allocation
- Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to ensure updated collateral and messaging
Requirements
A Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)10+ years in presales or solution consulting, with 3+ years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of software systems in fintech, banking or enterprise ITProven track record of solution design, documentation and customer engagementExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to manage complex deals and lead winning teamsWillingness to travel within the regionRequirements
