Hours :
40hrs, Mon – Fri (10pm- 7pm)

To understand more about Giant Group and our services please browse our website at : the role As the Payroll Associate, you will have an impact on delivering accurate and timely payroll services that ensure client satisfaction. Therefore, you will be completing all payroll tasks in line with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements while engaging with clients and internal stakeholders. The desired outcome of this will be the seamless delivery of compliant payroll solutions that contribute to Giant’s vision of trusted and efficient workforce management.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
Processing daily and weekly payrolls, including calculating pay slips, checking error reports and pay slips, liaising with other departments and clients where needed, reconciling and creating BACS / Swift files.
Good communication around the progress of LIVE payroll, ensuring key management reports are always up to date in real life.
Processing daily advances for all clients.
Processing RTI submissions to HMRC.
Administration of statutory payments.

Your ideal experience & competencies Ideally you would have a business-related degree or at least 1 years’ experience of Payroll or Admin related work.
Great enthusiasm and attitude for the role and high level of resilience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong emotional intelligence, good written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding and striving to achieve the Giant People Values is essential.
