Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Business Development Executive (LinkedIn Sales)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

LinkedIn B2B lead generation , building sales pipelines, and driving client engagement. This role requires strong expertise in

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation tools, and CRM systems , along with excellent communication skills to connect with global decision‑makers and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute

data‑driven LinkedIn lead generation strategies

to attract and engage potential clients.

Identify and connect with

decision‑makers, founders, and C‑level executives

in target industries.

Create and manage

personalized outreach campaigns

(connection requests, follow‑ups, and engagement).

Optimize LinkedIn profiles and company presence to enhance visibility and credibility.

Conduct strategic research to define and prioritize

Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) .

Leverage

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

and other outreach tools to track, analyze, and nurture leads.

Craft tailored outreach messages that drive engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with

sales, marketing, and technical teams

to align client needs with BrainX services (AI, SaaS, custom development).

Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide

weekly / monthly reports

on lead generation success.

Stay updated with

LinkedIn algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging outreach trends .

Skills Required

2+ years

of proven experience in LinkedIn

B2B lead generation & outreach

(IT, SaaS, or software services).

Strong knowledge of

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

and lead generation automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Expandi, Phantombuster).

Demonstrated success in

building sales pipelines via LinkedIn

and achieving lead targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

English

(C1 level or above as per CEFR).

Familiarity with

CRM systems

(Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead tracking.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
