Our Challenge We're building a category-leading platform for monetising user-generated video (UGV). To drive our next phase of growth, we are looking for someone based in Pakistan who will support the production of compelling, attention‑grabbing, can’t‑stop‑watching videos for our brands across multiple social media platforms.

What You’ll Do

Mine the Newsflare user‑generated video library to discover untapped viral potential with engaging, internet‑worthy, advertiser‑safe video.

Create, execute, and edit content in multiple formats and of various lengths for social platforms, always ensuring deadlines are met.

Transform UGV into scroll‑stopping content with modern editing, story text, reactions, SFX and music for maximum audience engagement.

Write captivating titles, relatable captions, accurate subtitles and cohesive story text to provide context or added entertainment value.

Identify themes and social crazes trending across social platforms and the Newsflare video vault.

What You Bring

You know your stuff when it comes to the major social media platforms (Facebook, Snap, TikTok, YouTube) and emerging social trends.

Demonstrate your experience producing video content for social media, specifically Facebook and YouTube.

Strong English writing, spelling and grammar skills.

Confident and skilled with video and photo editing software – specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
