What will you be doing? We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support our Financial Controller and Finance team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and able to manage a variety of administrative and financial support tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that our finance operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and all financial records remain accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks.

Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and records.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.

Track and categorize company expenses and ensure proper documentation.

Help prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support payroll preparation by gathering and verifying information.

Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial queries.

Organize and maintain digital filing systems for financial documentation.

Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team.

What will you bring?

Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.

Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles (experience in finance roles is a plus).

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.

Must be able to work EST timezone.
