Lead, direct, and evaluate a team of recruitment professionals to ensure the organization's recruitment strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets. Responsible for compliance with relevant employment standards, including equal employment opportunity, workplace diversity, and affirmative action legislation. As HR Business Partner, serve as a 'one-stop shop' for employees to voice concerns, ask questions, and handle employee relations. Responsible for all operational (e.g., recruitment, payroll, support, etc.) and strategic HR activities (e.g., business and process knowledge, employee relations, and organization development) of the assigned division / company.
