We are looking for an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive to join our team. As an ORM Executive, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding and enhancing the online reputation of our clients. You will actively monitor online platforms, address customer feedback, and manage reviews to foster a positive brand image. This role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to strategize and implement ORM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze brand mentions, customer reviews, and online discussions across multiple platforms.
- Address customer feedback, comments, and reviews, ensuring timely responses to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop, execute, and measure the success of ORM strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize ORM tools and platforms to gather insights and recommend strategies for improving brand perception.
- Work with content, social media, and marketing teams to align ORM efforts with broader company objectives.
- Identify and address potential online crises promptly using proactive ORM strategies.
- Proficient use of IP and VPN tools for monitoring online activities, ensuring a secure and anonymous management of online presence.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of ORM principles and online brand management.Experience in social media management, customer engagement, and digital reputation repair.Familiarity with using IP management tools and VPNs to track and manage online reputation discreetly.Proficiency with ORM platforms and tools such as Brand24, Mention, or similar.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.Experience in crisis communication and online reputation recovery is a plus.Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and effective manner.Seniority level
