We are looking for a Laravel developer with an eye for attention to detail, a good listener, able to follow instructions and above all, a passionate coder. This role is full-time, permanent and remote (i.e., working from home or place of your choice) to start with. Being a remote role, you must be able to arrange your own development equipment, a reliable internet connection, and a backup power supply in case of load shedding. Must have : Laravel experience of at least 2 years, v5.0 onwards MySQL or MariaDB v5.5 onwards Good understanding of MVC Understanding of OOP concepts Some frontend experience in jQuery or Vue.js Ability to write clean, efficient code Ability to work with Git and Bitbucket Ability to work on your own under the direction of a team lead Ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbal and written Desirable but not essential : Experience with WordPress Experience with later versions of Laravel, for example, v7 or v8
