Job Responsibilities :
Turn campaign ideas into strong visual stories— from static social ads to full landing page flowsDesign pages using reusable layouts and tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Instapage, and HubSpotCreate social ad designs for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn (static and animated)Use good layout, color, and typography to make things clean, sharp, and effectiveBuild and improve design systems, templates, and reusable assetsSupport social content and campaigns (Reels covers, thumbnails, carousels, memes — anything that moves)Make internal decks and graphics with visible resultsWork with developers and marketing teams to move fast and make things betterUse data and instincts to test designs and make them work even harderDesired Specifications :
Strong skills in Figma—layouts, components, variants, libraries3–5 years of experience in creative or marketing designA portfolio that shows ads and pages that performed wellUnderstanding of what makes a design convert—page flow, CTAs, layout logicCreative eye and sharp attention to detailExperience with design tools like Framer, Webflow, Instapage, or HubSpot CMSEasy to work with across teams—especially performance and contentSelf-starter who can manage timelines and get work done without constant directionBonus Skills
