Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Champion and promote an innovative and agile model to ensure state-of-the-art technology for Sales Transformation and analytics projects.
  • Understand, map and meet client requirements and lead analysis through workshops.
  • Guide the client towards the desired outcome.
  • Define functional specifications, acceptance criteria and estimates for specific developments, while following rigorously risk assessment practice.
  • Collaborate closely with a technical team in order to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  • Understand the modules to be implemented and the setup and configuration options available.
  • Engage the customer on user acceptance strategy, planning and execution phase.
  • Demonstrate autonomous analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand the business of our client (CPG) and be able to communicate clearly how data issues might impact decision-making.
  • Cooperate with internal and external teams to reach the desired outcome.
  • Think and deliver with customer experience in mind.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or an Analytical subject.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous career has demonstrated a strong theme of analytical work and working as a Business Analyst.
  • Comfortable with data and manipulating it to derive information and meaning, which they can communicate to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience in managing functional workshops, and in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ability to handle the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle including project mobilization, process design, system configuration & customization, testing, integration, data migration, deployment, and business adoption activities.
  • Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Background in FMCG commercial processes such as Trade Promotion Management / Retail Execution / Sales Force Automation / Revenue Growth Management is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SQL python is a plus.

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical workstreams
  • Creative thinking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
