Job descriptionTakes pride in design quality and consistency Can challenge assumptions and improve usability without overcomplicating things Thrives in collaboration with developers and product stakeholders Is proactive, self-disciplined, and committed to delivering work that “just makes sense” 5+ years of professional UI / UX design experience (SaaS, dashboards, or complex apps preferred) Expert in Figma : components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, prototyping Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI / UX for data-heavy applications Ability to design component-based systems that map well to React or similar frameworks Experience producing both low-fi wireframes and high-fi production-ready designs Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and accessibility best practices Comfortable collaborating with developers, understanding their workflows and constraints Detail-oriented — avoids sloppy design, enforces consistency in spacing, typography, and interactions Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Self-motivated, organized, and able to balance speed in discovery with precision in delivery Opportunity within company with a solid track record of success Great work culture Opportunity to make a positive impact
The Role : What You’ll Do
- Lead UI / UX design in Figma, from wireframes and prototypes to final design assets
- Work with the product team to create low-fidelity wireframes for rapid discovery and iteration
- Translate concepts into clean, logical, scalable UI / UX flows that developers can implement with confidence
- Build and maintain a Figma component library / design system aligned with React best practices
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and well-structured
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and usability
- Pay attention to micro-interactions, spacing, typography, and accessibility
- Support continuous improvement of product usability and visual consistency
