Role Overview
We’re hiring dynamic Business Development / Account Managers to fuel the growth of our client by driving new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. These hybrid roles will guide strategic conversations with brands—especially in Fashion, CPG, Beauty, Home Décor, Health & Nutrition, and Petcare—and position the company's AI platform as their core growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Pipeline & Close Deals
- Identify, prospect, and qualify mid-to-enterprise e-commerce brands aligned with the company's value proposition
- Manage the full sales cycle, deliver personalized demos, negotiate contracts, and drive conversions
- Act as Strategic Advisor
- Conduct discovery to understand clients’ marketing tech stack bottlenecks (e.g., plugin bloat, siloed data, slow performance)
- Articulate how the company's AI-native storefront solution—offering unified frontends, A / B testing, personalization, and autonomous revenue optimization—can solve those challenges
- Grow & Retain Accounts
- Develop account plans to drive renewals and upsell opportunities (e.g., dynamic pricing, merchandising)
- Expand AI platform usage within accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver growth outcomes and product updates
- Evangelize Success
- Share strong performance stories (e.g., +22% conversion, 1.4× revenue per session, +30% conversion via personalized merchandising, autonomous optimization)
- Use success cases to attract new logos and inspire upsells
- Own Forecasting & Reporting
- Track pipeline metrics
- Forecast sales
- Report on progress toward revenue targets
