We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience, specifically in the software development industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with foreign clients, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of B2B business development processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets, particularly in the USA, UK, or other English-speaking regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions for client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM tools and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, specifically with software development companies.Proven experience in handling foreign clients (preferably US / UK markets).Excellent English — both written and spoken — is a must.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and proposal writing.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Hiring organization
