DevOps Engineer (Remote) at 360training. This role focuses on building, operating, and scaling cloud infrastructure powering mission-critical applications across multiple brands and environments. The candidate will work with the Lead DevOps Engineer and cross-functional teams to improve deployment speed, reliability, and observability, while ensuring stability, performance, and security of production environments in Azure. 360training is a leader in online training with regulatory-approved content across industries. Infrastructure & Automation : Build, manage, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform). Support deployment and scaling of workloads in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps (ACA). Maintain and harden Azure IaaS environments (Windows and Linux). Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins. Optimize build and deployment workflows for speed, reliability, and consistency. Cloud Reliability & Operations : Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production systems through proactive monitoring and automation. Manage platform-level services (App Gateway, Front Door, WAF, DNS, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.). Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues with root-cause analysis and long-term fixes. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting practices. Participate in on-call rotation and assist with off-hours deployments. Infrastructure Governance & Security : Enforce configuration management and security best practices. Manage Azure RBAC, Key Vault secrets, and network security policies. Align infrastructure controls with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS standards with Security and Compliance teams. Ensure audit readiness and adherence to corporate policies. Collaboration & Delivery : Partner with Development, QA, and Data teams to support reliable, automated deployments across multiple environments. Continuous Improvement & Innovation : Identify and eliminate manual tasks through automation. Research and implement emerging DevOps technologies (Helm, GitOps, container security, IaC pipelines). Evolve CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure patterns. Standardize deployment processes across acquired and legacy brands to reduce downtime. Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering. Hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services, networking, and security. Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform). Experience building and maintaining CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins). Solid understanding of containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS). Windows and Linux administration in Azure. Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Working knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). Preferred Skills
Azure cost optimization experience. Familiarity with Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, WAF) and Azure Front Door. Experience with Application Performance Monitoring. Systems Engineer background supporting Active Directory, on-prem networking, and Office 365. Seniority level
