Human Resources Tasks
- Payroll processing (EOBI, SESSI, PF, Leave Management, Overtime, Commissions, etc.)
- Benefits induction (Mobile, Fuel, OPD & IPD administration)
- HRMS
- Final settlements
- Training need Analysis (TNA)
- Performance appraisals
- Organizational development (OD)
- Employee engagement activities
- And other tasks as assigned by higher management.
