Job description

Requirements

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of hands‑on Python development experience, particularly in automation.
Experience with frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI, or Airflow.
Working knowledge of JavaScript / React is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation.
Strong grasp of system integration, data flows, and API‑based architectures.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
Strong and clear communication skills, as the role involves working with English‑speaking teams and clients.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery.
Background in financial services or fintech environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize automation tools using Python and modern frameworks.

Analyse business processes and develop innovative, efficient solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing Python‑based automation systems for performance and reliability.

Develop robust API integrations and data workflows to connect systems seamlessly.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment from ideation to delivery.

Occasionally contribute to front‑end development using JavaScript / React.
