Esales / Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

Preparing, planning and project managing for advertising products from company website. Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed. Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers. Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan. Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success. Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity. Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme. Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities. Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales. Providing customer support to customers by emails and calls. Duty Timings : For Males : 12 : 00PM to 12 : 00AM; For Females : 10 : 00AM to 10 : 00PM. Total Vacancies : 10 vacancies (5 for Customer Support Managers and 5 for Esales and Marketing Managers). This is strictly a No Sales & No Target salary based job; it is a fixed salary base job. Selected candidate will make and receive calls. Handling, resolving customer queries to their satisfaction level. Provide Word, Excel and secretarial support to clients. Receive, direct and relay telephone / email, fax and text messages. Keeping a track of queries, incoming and outgoing calls. Assist to admin manager in administrative tasks. Comprehensive computer, internet search and written communication skills. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. Respond to public inquiries, handling support calls. Maintain and develop professional relations with existing and new customers. Outsourcing / Offshoring.
