Job Brief : The potential candidate for this position will be responsible for classifieds agency portfolio expansion / engagement, churn optimization, excellent relationship management & achievement of classifieds revenue ambitions in assigned regional / zonal locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for revival, activation & expansion of zonal agency portfolio for classifieds.
- Maintain strong liaison with real estate agencies in assigned area / region.
- Periodic account handling / management of respective assigned real estate agencies.
- Ensure consistent periodic client visits, giving demonstrations, and closing deals.
- Ensure that clients are up-to-date with the latest company offering and product information. Regularly following up with existing clients for portfolio and up-selling activities.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.
- Analyzing market trends and prepare tactical plan to achieve agency expansion ambitions.
Job Requirements
Experience : 3-5 years of in sales & account Management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Tech Savvy, Self-Motivated & Result Oriented.Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Stakeholder Management.Exceptional Negotiation, Active-Listening and Problem-Solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; Dynamic Business Analytical knowledge.Location : LahoreSeniority Level
