We at Voyentra are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage our company's daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting. This role requires proficiency in spreadsheet software and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately in our financial systems, primarily Google Sheets or Excel.
Perform regular bank and credit card statement reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize and maintain financial data in spreadsheets, specifically Google Sheets and Excel.
Manage and file all financial documents and receipts for auditing purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
